  6. Print your Passport application payment Information slip (advice) form.

  9. Print your Passport application’s Appointment Form.
  10. Report to your selected Ministry of Internal Affairs Passports office with your printed passport appointment form, and the requirements displayed on the website.
  11. DONE: You will be assigned to a Passports officer who will ask you a few questions and process your passport in a few weeks.
