How To use the MTN Shortcodes

Unlike Airtel shortcodes that seem to be surrounded by the *100# main services code with Africell taming *143# as its main code, MTN has a series of Shortcodes with different services embedded to them with *160# tamed as it’s head services version for the Yello camp.

Through the *160# menu, its where you meet services like MyPaka Paka, a My Account option to send call me backs and share airtime through the Me2U service. However, for Mobile Money services, you can either use *165# or *185# for the full menu with submenus housing Momo Pay and more account management services.

However, some MTN services are usually embedded under its all in one MY MTN App just like its previous Gaga Wednesday offers that came to an end earlier this year paving way for newer offers including a revamped Momo Nyabo promotion.
