Starting today, the Clubhouse app is officially available on Android, this comes after the iOS dominance that has made it more of an apple legion favourite. With over 2 million active users on the Apple store, Clubhouse has brought its new redesign of social media closer to Android users with its Google Playstore listing.
Clubhouse may have launched over a year ago, but its major bullish growth came in from early this year when users began inviting each other all over the world faster than expected. Among these, Tech Billionaires Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg are one of those users that have hyped up clubhouse as one App to checkout for an amazing experince, and now, clubhouse has extended its support wings to Android as confirmed in their announcement.
Today, we are thrilled to share that Clubhouse for Android will start rolling out in beta immediately. We will begin gradually, with the U.S. today, followed by other English-speaking countries and then the rest of the world. Our plan over the next few weeks is to collect feedback from the community, fix any issues we see and work to add a few final features like payments and club creation before rolling it out more broadly.

Currently, the app is in beta version but complete for a great experience. To download it, you simply need to visit the Clubhouse host page on the Google Playstore to download the audio-based social media app. But the bad news is that it’s currently available to US users only, but a wide global rollout is expected to come by the end of May 2021.
To get started with Clubhouse, all you need is to register for an account and enjoy the social media network that uses audio as a key means of information exchange unlike any other platform like Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, that all prioritize video over audio.
With 9.5 million downloads in February, a dip to 2.7 million in March and to 900,000 in April, as per analytics firm Sensor Tower, the Clubhouse glory is just beginning with its availability on Android. Essentially, more features are expected to be rolled out in the coming weeks with a payment feature as one to keep an eye on.
