Infinix Mobile Uganda has today launched its latest Note series entrant, the Infinix Note 7. As rumored earlier this month, the Note 7 launch is yet another Infinix X Airtel Partnership gifting customers 5GB instant data on purchase.
With a Quad rear camera system teasing as the Smartphone’s top range feature, the Infinix Note 7 comes with a different punch-hole display notch routing a 6.95 Inch screen size, but misses an Xpen as an onboard accessory and instead ships as an external piece for the Smartphone.
As seen on the Infinix Note 6, Note 5 and Note 4 Pro, the Xpen was known to follow Samsung’s Galaxy Note Smart Pen trend by having a dedicated slot from the device’s bottom array.
However, by ditching the dedicated Xpen slot, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor is gifted to the Note 7 to make up as a another accessibility liner, which is the first for an Infinix Smartphone.
During the launch, Infinix Note 7 was revealed in 3 variants, the Note7 Lite with 4GB RAM+ 64GB ROM, a Note7 with 4GB RAM+64GB ROM, and the Note7 with 6GB RAM +128GB ROM.
Apparently, all variants differ in price by a low margin of 655,000 for the Lite, then UGX 734,000, and UGX 833,000 for the 64GB and 128GB respectively.
By Performance, the Note 7 runs Android 10 Pie ontop of Infinix’s custom XOS6.0 firmware, the device also equips an octa-core MediaTek Helio G70 processor supported by 4GB RAM and 64 GB or 128GB onboard Internal storage.
Attractively, the device’s quad rear camera setup includes a 48MP main sensor, a 2MP sensor, a 2MP tertiary sensor, and a low light 16MP video sensor with a maximum aperture of f1.8.
To the front, the device houses a single selfie camera under its punch-hole display notch. With a tose of what the Infinix Note 7 has to offer, here is a tone of the device’s mini specifications sheet.
