Renewing a DSTV or GOTV subscription has always been centered on digital payment solutions and Multi Choice’s very own minimal service centers in Uganda. But through the Company’s new partnership with PEP Uganda, all DSTV Customers will now be able to renew, subscribe or even make decoder purchases conveniently from any PEP Store.
On a basic rate, the new multichoice partnership with PEP breeds major customer services such as sales, Installations services, subscription payments and accessory purchases at all PEP stores countrywide.
Speaking at the inaugural function held at PEP’s Kabalagala store, MultiChoice’s Head of Customer Experience and Care, Patricia Kiconco reiterated the company’s continued commitment in increasing customer convenience through convenience avenues as she said.
As of now, MultiChoice Uganda has 3 branches spread across the country with 2 in the Kampala and another in Mbarara. This is assurance to our customers in the city an even deeper-rooted and widespread presence, in synergy with this historic partnership with PEP Uganda Stores

Although PEP already had DSTV and GOTV purchase services, its new partnership with Multichoice is aimed at shipping-in more unserved customers by offering instant package recharges and Decoder installations to its consumer base.

PEP Uganda grosses with Stores in all Corners of the country with its early rollout stores currently active in Mbarara, Jinja, Masaka, Mbale, and Kampala. Hence, DSTV customers no-longer have to hunt for an official MultiChoice service center but rather pop-in to a PEP store for Instant decoder services.
