With Airtel ranking as the 2nd most used telecommunications provider behind MTN Uganda as the top podium provider, free services like call me back messages make the telco a reliable provider.

Just like the rest of its offerings, Airtel’s call me back message feature requires a direct Airtel Uganda number in order to successfully send your notification without any possible delays or failures.

But similar to MTN’s call me back limitation, only prepaid 07** customers can send a call me back message on Airtel Uganda. For prepaid customers routing with 0200** series numbers, the service can’t be used in any way.
