Taxify could soon shutdown its operations in Uganda

The ride hailing industry in Uganda majorly dominated by 3 companies on both the Boda hailing side and taxi version. Talk about Taxify and listen to the company that shook things up with barely 2 years on the local scene. In October 2017, Taxify stretched out to the taxi-hailing sector before opting a shake-up to the boda hailing industry in January 2018 giving some great competition to SafeBoda in its own league.

These are the 10 startups selected in the Africa for Future accelerator programme

Airbus and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) have announced the top 10 African startups selected for  their Future 4 Africa Accelerator. All startups listed were chosen basing on their aerospace based soltuions aiming at solving social-community challenges like transportation, healthcare and agriculutre in the pipeline.
